Our Workshop Practices

We Return in Kind
In the spirit of tithing and sharing blessings, Gateways Pastoral Resources gives back 10% of its annual profits to those Dioceses it serves.

Financial Assistance Available
We support those individuals and parishes for whom the registration fee is a hardship. Some scholarship funds are available for registrations 30 days prior to workshops.  Please contact us before registering, email tom@gatewayspastoralresources.com or call 515-229-6072.

Your Satisfaction Guaranteed
We want you to have a valuable and relevant learning experience! If you are dissatisfied with your workshop for any reason, please just tell us. We’ll issue you a refund or arrange for you to attend another Gateways Pastoral Resources workshop. No hassle. It’s that simple.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to five business days before the workshop are refundable, minus a $25 administration service charge, which you may apply toward any future Gateways Pastoral Resources workshop. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire workshop fee, which you may also apply toward a future workshop. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. You may designate another pastor or staff person to attend a workshop in your place if you can’t come.
